Training and Coaching Methodology
The Warrior Tough training method is modeled after a process, proven over centuries of leadership development, that began in ancient times and continues today in the armed forces. This method begins by cultivating awareness followed by practice and application, and then ongoing coaching and conditioning.
We emphasize both individual and peer-to-peer learning by offering ongoing coaching programs where they begin applying the new language and skills.
How it works
We recommend that everyone begin with the full CEO of You seminar that introduces you to the concepts of mental toughness and emotional intelligence and how those skills are directly related to character and leadership.
Next, we recommend acting quickly with the follow-up program, so not to lose momentum, and continuing the weekly coaching and conditioning program for at least 12 weeks—a timeframe modeled after the Marine Corps boot camp.
Sustainable behavior change takes time and discipline, so we work closely with our clients to offer long term solutions that achieve the targeted outcomes.
